| 摘 要： | 基层队是企业组织结构的重要组成部分。加强基层队建设,是实现企业跨越式发展所必须面对的重大课题。因此,不仅要高度重视劳务层的建设,更要积极稳妥地推进"两层"分离,并在强化项目管理上下功夫,加快职工转型步伐。

So, we should pay attention to this construction, actively and stably push the separation of "two layers", strengthen projects' management, and quicken the workers' transition. |
