| Abstract: | As an important auxiliary method to diagnose the cause of death and to estimate the pathophysyological state before death,postmortem chemistry measurement has been gradually applied in the practice of forensic pathology in recent years.However,due to the influence of postmortem changes,cryopreservation and other factors,postmortem samples were seriously interfered by hemolysis,which causes significant disturbance to the analysis.In this paper,based on clinical and forensic research literatures,we reviewed the mechanism of hemolysis interference in analysis,the influence of hemolysis on postmortem biochemical measurement and the research status of the method on hemolysis sample analysis.Moreover,future research directions and application prospects were also proposed. |
