摘    要:目的 对不同祖孙关系鉴定组合进行效能分析,为选择合适的参考个体和STR检测体系进行祖孙关系鉴定提供参考.方法 构建常见的9种二个体、三个体、四个体祖孙鉴定组合场景,每种组合分别模拟10000个真家系和假家系,计算每种组合在15~65个STR基因座检测体系的祖孙关系指数,评估不同阈值下的系统效能.结果 引入参考个体的祖孙...

Abstract:Objective To analyze the system efficiency of different kinds of combinations for grandparent-grandchild kinship identification,which would provide a guidance of selecting appropriate relative references and STR typing system for grandparent-grandchild kinship testing.Methods Nine common scenarios of two-,three-and four-person combinations were constructed and simulated respectively for 10000 true families and false families.Then the kinship index was calculated with different detection systems including 15~65 STR loci separately,and the system efficiency was evaluated under different thresholds.Results Efficiency of grandparent-grandchild kinship testing was obviously improved by adding different references than two-person combination.The order of priority of introducing relatives for three-person testing was full sibling,another grandparent,half sibling,uncle and mother.Full siblings were also preferred for four-person testing.Higher efficiency of a scenario can also be achieved when more STRs were tested.Conclusion System efficiency of grandparent-grandchild kinship identification can be improved by adding relative references and detecting more STRs.In practice,an appropriate choice should be made based on the availability of samples,the accuracy of testing results and the cost of examination.
