Research on the Method of Legal Case Analysis

Case analysis is the core and soul of law case teaching. Analysis in case analysis refers to the use of specific methods to decompose, refine or clarify legal cases, so that some contents can be clearly displayed, so as to achieve the purpose of teaching. There are four legal case analysis methods: Concept analysis aims to understand the concept of law, and understand the rich connotation of legal concept through the comparison between legal concept and specific cases;Normative analysis, which emphasizes taking legal norms as the core and understanding the meaning, existence and operation mode of legal norms in cases;Contradiction analysis, focusing on revealing various conflicts in cases, understands the inevitability of the emergence and development of relevant laws and the unique role of laws;Critical analysis refers to the reflection on the rules and referees in the case, and the dialectical thinking on the possible shortcomings and improvement countermeasures. The application of case analysis method is restricted by case content, teaching purpose and teaching object.
