| 摘 要： | 20世纪末,日本的平成年代由最初的"平成景气"演化为"平成恐慌",不仅使日本遭受了沉重打击,对东亚乃至世界经济都带来了难以估量的负面影响."平成恐慌"有其经济、金融、政治背景和原因.中国虽然与日本不同,但防止经济、金融、政治层面某些非健康因素的滋生及其可能导致的危害和影响,同样十分重要.

| Abstract: | At the end of 20 centuries, Japanese Heisei time converts from the beginning "Heisei prosperity" into "Heisei panic". Not only does Japan suffer from this phenomenon heavily, but also brings inestimable negative influence to the economy of East Asia even the world. It has its own economic, finance and politics background and reason for "Heisei panic". It is very important for China to prevent the harm and influence resulted by some unhealthy factors of economics, finance and politics though different from Japan. |
