| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代里,人类社会的生存、发展越来越依赖创新人才。中国的教育制度在培养创新人才方面越来越凸显其局限性。然而中国教育制度中存在应试教育模式、人才培养上的工具主义、功利主义教育思想以及人才质量观上的陈腐观念等方面问题,这必将影响创新人才的成长。
