| 摘 要： | 党的十八大延续了党的十七大提出的"五位一体"的党建总格局,要求把制度建设贯穿在思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和反腐倡廉建设中。制度建设在党建格局中的重要地位,客观上要求必须探索制度建设科学化的有效实现形式,新时期党在制度建设方面积累了丰富的经验,主要是加强程序性法规建设,顺应信息化的潮流,发挥党组织和党员的积极性,在实践中检验、完善制度建设。

| Abstract: | The 18th national congress of CPC claims that the system construction has to be put through ideology eonstreution, organization eonstuetion, style building and anti-corruption eonsturetion, which is the continuity of the overall apparoeh of party＇s construction that proposed in the 17th national congress of CPC. The important position of system construction of party＇s construction objectively requires to explore the effective way to fulfill scientific system construction. In new period, the party accumulates rich experiences on system construction, which mainly include strengthening law and regulation construction, making use of information, playing the positive effect of party organization and party memebers and examing and perfecting system construction in practice. |
