| 摘 要： | 能力建设是人民警察队伍建设的重要组成部分,特别是人民警察的"驭剑"能力是其克敌制胜,履行职责,完成使命的基本条件。面对日益严峻的治安形势和越来越高的工作要求,"亮剑"精神是人民警察战胜敌人、保护人民的精神支柱,但如何培养与其相适应的"驭剑"能力,是一个值得我们认真思考和全力解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Ability construction is the important component of police＇s Team Construction,especially the police＇s＂eontrolling swond＂ability is the basic condition of defeating the criminals,performing their duties and completing tasks.With the increasingly serious publie security situation and strieter work requirement,the＂showing sword＂spirit is the police＇s spiritual support of defeating eriminals and protecting the people,but how to develop the relevant＂contrlling sword＂ability is worth seriously thinking and resolving in full sail. |
