| 摘 要： | 我国司法考试制度应借鉴外国经验 ,尤其是大陆法系国家的经验。大陆法系国家司法考试制度在考试的管理制度、考试模式、考试内容和方式、实务训练等方面有着成熟的经验。我国司法考试制度应借鉴这些经验 ,制定《法律职业资格考试法》 ,建立科学、合理的分阶段司法考试形式 ,提高司法考试的报名条件 ,建立统一的实务训练制度。

| Abstract: | Chinese judicial examination system should use external experiences for reference,especial the experiences of nations of civil law system.That has mature experiences in the managing system,model,content and form of exam,and practical training.Chinese judicial examination system should use the experiences for reference,constitute law of judicial professional qualificatiory examination,build the form of scientific and rational judicial examination by stages,elevate the conditions of signing up,build united system of practical training. |
