| 摘 要： | 经济法责任是经济法基本范畴的有机组成部分,它与传统责任形态相区别且并存于责任体系之中.经济法责任由竞合性法律责任和独特性法律责任构成,是一种独立责任而不是综合责任.经济法责任的客观存在性和经济法责任的独立性体现了经济法责任的独立地位.

| Abstract: | The responsibility of economic law is one of the basic categories of the basic theory of economic law science,it isn't the traditional responsibility form,and exists in the liability system with the traditional re- sponsibility form.The responsibility of economic law is composed by the compete responsibility and the unique responsibility;it is a kind of independent responsibility but the comprehensive responsibility.The objective real- ity and the independent of the responsibility of economic law embody the independent position of the economic law. |
