| 摘 要： | 擒敌拳是公安院校擒敌技术课的一个教学内容 ,但因学员不理解擒敌拳的实战意义及教员的不妥引导 ,往往达不到预期的训练效果。应以身体素质的训练为基础 ,从实战的角度规范擒敌拳动作 ,从而达到训练好擒敌拳的目的。

| Abstract: | Arrest boxing drilling is required in arrest skill caurse in public security college.But,the desired results usually cannot be achieved because the students lack understanding of its actual combat significance and the teachers need to improve their drilling methods.Consequently,the constitution drills should be taken as fundation and arrest boxing should be standardized from the perspective of actual combats. |
