| 摘 要： | 近年来,诊所法律教育在弥补了体统法学教育的弊端的基础上在中国获得了飞速的发展。但起源于美国的诊所法律教育要本土化并得以在我国普遍推行,目前尚存在很多障碍。本文结合中国的现实,提出了相应的具有实际意义的解决对策。
