毛泽东"保护私有财产"思想考论

从建立新民主主义社会出发,毛泽东在马克思主义发展史上明确提出了“保护私有财产”的思想。这一思想的形成经历了由模糊到明晰、由承认到保护的发展过程,呈现出区分性、层次性和稳定性的理论特质。由于历史条件和个人经历的限制,毛泽东混淆了私有财产权利与私有制的界限,未能准确厘定私有财产存在的时限,对私有财产的保护力度不够,存在着平均分配私有财产的倾向。但这一思想在马克思主义私有财产观发展史上起到了承上启下的重要作用,有力地推动了中国革命和建设事业的发展。

Commentary on Mao Zedong''''s Thought "Protecting Private Property"

To establish the new democratic society,Mao Zedong explicitly proposed the thought "protecting private property" in the Marxism history.The formation of this thought experienced the development process from mistiness to perspicuity,from acknowledgement to protection,presented dipartite,layered and stable theory characteristics.Owing to historical condition and personal experience limitation,Mao Zedong confused the boundary of private property right and private ownership,couldn't accurately determine the existing time limit of private property.But the flaw didn't cover the fine jade,this thought played great role in the history of Marxism private property standpoint,which powerfully impelled China's revolutionary and construction.
