学习型组织在公共行政组织中的建构

在体制转型期,我国传统的科层制公共行政组织模式存在明显的缺陷和局限性,要求必须对其加以矫正和改革。借鉴学习型组织的目的就是超越适应,即更好地认识把握事物的发展规律,整体地求得公共行政组织与世界、与环境的持续的协调发展,实现公共行政组织系统性与发展性的有机结合。

Construction of Learning Organization in the Public Administrative Organization

In the term of system conversion,Chinese traditional model's fault and limitation of Public Administrative Organization of Faculty and Stratum System should be required to be rectified and innovated.The purpose of learning organization is to exceed adaptation,namely understand and master the developmental rule of staff,acquire wholly persistent harmonious development of Public Administrative Organization together with the world and the environment,realize the combination of system and development on Public Administrative Organization.
