| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会的一项重要目标和任务就是要实现基本公共服务均等化。从我国新阶段发展的现实需求出发，加快建立公共服务体制，实现基本公共服务均等化是保障和改善民生，使全体社会成员共享改革发展成果的重要途径，也是使经济增长成果转化为人的全面发展的重要途径。

| Abstract: | To realize equalization in basic public services is one of the important tasks and objectives of building the socialist harmonious society.To quicken the establishment of the public service system and realize equalization in basic public services according to the actual requirements of development in the new stage is not only an important path to protect and improve the people's livelihood and enable all the members of the society to share the results of reform and development,but also an important path to transform the result of economic growth to the all-around development of people. |
