| 摘 要： | 党的领导的真实实现程度与党的领导方式、执政方式是否科学合理呈正相关关系。党在领导中国革命、建设、改革的 80年历程中 ,在采用一定的领导方式、执政方式实现其自身领导作用方面既有成功的经验 ,也有深刻教训。改革开放以来 ,党高度重视领导方式、执政方式的改革与创新 ,取得了一些成功经验。按照“三个代表”要求 ,实现党的领导方式、执政方式的科学化、规范化 ,是加强和改善党的领导必须解决的重要课题。
