透视城市住宅消费的阶层化

城市住宅消费阶层化已经成为当今住宅消费的流行趋势,是身份区隔、地位区隔的一个具体化表现。住宅消费的阶层化具有一定的积极社会功能,如有利于社区内居民的民主化管理、提高社区服务的统一化管理效率等。但是,住宅消费的阶层化也会加剧阶层之间的隔阂与矛盾,加剧贫困区的恶性循环。针对住房弱势阶层,政府应通过建立多层次的住房保障制度来保护中低收入阶层的利益。针对住房强势阶层,政府应继续加大对高级住宅区建设的调控力度,防止出现大面积的"富人区"。从而缓解社会阶层之间的隔阂和矛盾,促进和谐社会的构建。

Insight into the Classification of House Expenditure in Urban Area

The classification of urban house expenditure has become a trend,and a segmentation of status and social position.With the enlargement of income difference,attributes difference of the consumers,and the change of land policy,there is the trend of classification in urban house expenditure.There are such positive social functions as democratic supervision within the community,and increased uniformity management of community service.However,it also heats up the segmentation and conflict among classes,and the vicious circle of the poor.To help the weak class of house expenditure,the government should establish multi-layered protection system to protect the interests of those with lower income. While to those of strong class,the government should continue to increase the control to prevent from the appearance of "Rich District",and consequently ease social segmentation and conflict,and improve the construction of harmonious society.
