摘    要:科学合理地开发和管理人力资源是国企获得竞争优势的关键。目前,中国国企仍存在组织机构设置不够合理、人力资源信息匮乏、管理粗放、缺乏激励机制等问题。为此,必须重视整体性人力资源开发,建设规范化人力资源管理体系。

Abstract:Scientific development and rational management of human resources is the key factor that state - owned enterprises gain competitive advantage. There are still such problems as unreasonable organizations, lack of information and incentive mechanisms about human resources, extensive management in state - owned enterprises at present. So, we should attach importance to overall human resource development, construction and standardization of human resource management system.
