| 摘 要： | 政府自利性是政府的重要属性。本文分析了政府自利性的基本表现,指出,中国社会转型时期的政府职能失范是政府自利现象发生的基本原因。减少政府自利现象,关键在于重塑政府职能,构建政府自利性的约束机制。

| Abstract: | Government's self-interest is an important nature of government.This article analyzed examples of government's self-interest and identified the lack of government function paradigm in the social transformation age of China as the basic reason for government's self-interest behaviors.To reduce such behaviors,it is crucial to reinvent government functions and establish restraint mechanism for government's self-interest. |
