| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代以来,战略管理理论共经历了4个发展阶段。这一发展过程中隐含着4个基本规律。对这一问题进行梳理,可以更好地把握企业战略思想演进的脉络和规律,对企业战略理论在我国的实际应用有所裨益。
