| 摘 要： | 律师论辨语言 ,主要是指律师进行辩护、代理活动所使用的语言。包括 :交叉发问语言和法庭辩论语言。语言作为律师论辨的载体 ,具有不可替代性。因此 ,律师论辨在运用语言时 ,不仅要符合律师论辨语言的自身特点 ,还必须讲究语言运用的技巧 ,才能实现律师论辨的预期目的

| Abstract: | The lawyers' debating language means the language used by the lawyers in the defense and substitution, including cross questioning language and court debating language. When in the debate, the lawyer should use the language according to the language's characteristics and should pay attention to the using skills as well so as to realize his purpose. |
