| 摘 要： | 侦查成本是指侦查主体为了达到侦查目的在开展侦查活动过程中所支付的各种费用及付出的各种代价。它由侦查实施成本、错误侦查成本、侦查机会成本三部分构成。侦查资源是稀缺的,侦查活动要注意成本控制。在决定侦查成本投入时要考虑各种成本投入的比例,尽量避免错误侦查成本的产生。

| Abstract: | Investigation cost refers to various kinds of expenses and cost that the investigating subject pays in the course of developing the activity of investigating in order to achieve the goal of it. It includes three parts, such as implementing, fault and investigation opportunity cost. For the investigation resources are rare, the cost should be controlled. So Considering the proportion that various kinds of cost is invested while determining the investigation cost, and trying one's best to prevent the fault cost at the same time. |
