关于社会管理理论若干问题探索

加强和创新社会管理,是继续抓住和用好我国发展重要战略机遇期、推进党和国家事业的必然要求,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,对实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标、实现党和国家长治久安具有重大战略意义。截至目前,国内外学界主要提出了社会安全管理、社会事务管理、社会组织管理、社会保障体系管理等一系列社会管理的具体领域。本文对国内外学者主要社会管理的理论观点进行梳理,并对社会管理理论中的一些基本理论观点和问题等进行讨论。

On the Issues of Social Administration Theory

The enhancement and innovation in social administration is an inevitable requirement that we shall continuously seize the advantage of strategic opportunities of China’s development to promote the cause of CCP and PRC as well as a necessary requirement to build a socialist harmonious society.It is of great strategic significance for us to achieve the grand goal of building a well-to-do society and to maintain the long-term prosperity and stability of CCP and PRC.So far,most of domestic and foreign scholars have proposed a series of specific areas of social administration such as administration of social security,administration of social affairs,administration of social organizations,administration of social security system,etc.This essay gives a general overview of the theories and concepts proposed by domestic and foreign scholars,and moreover a discussion to some basic theories and concept of social administration.
