Institution:Roger Fisher is Williston Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project, Cambridge, Mass. 02138. He is the coauthor of Getting to YES (Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1981) and the author of several other books on negotiation, including Improving Compliance with International Law (Charlottesville, Va.: University Press of Virginia, 1981). Fisher was the originator of two public television series–"The Advocates" and "Arabs and Israelis."
