对加强政府社会管理的思考

社会管理是政府的重要职能，加强政府社会管理是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求。改革开放以来，我国经济社会发生了深刻变革，产生了许多新的社会问题和社会矛盾，增加了社会管理的难度和复杂性。我国政府在推进行政管理体制改革中不断改革和完善社会管理体制，取得了显著成效，但是，从总体上看，我国政府的社会管理职能还比较薄弱，当前社会管理还面临着许多亟待解决的问题，因此，必须进一步推进社会管理体制改革与创新，才能强化政府的社会管理职能，完善社会管理。

Social management is government＇s important function.Reinforcing social management of government is the objective requirement of structuring the harmonious society of socialism.Great changes have happened in our country since reform and opening-up. New social problems and social contradictions have increased the degree of difficulty and complexity on social management.The government function of social management is comparatively weak in our country,though our government unceasingly reforms society management system and has got a marked effect in pushing forward reform of the administrative system.Now the social management is confront with a lot of problems which need to be solved promptly.We must push forward the reform on society management system and strengthen the government function of social management.
