| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质组织犯罪案件侦察的主要措施是针对黑社会性质组织犯罪构成特征和黑社会性质组织犯罪案件性质特点 ,采取公开和秘密相结合的侦察形式 ,开展定向侦察和定位侦察 ,正确突破黑社会性质组织犯罪案件 ,以致及时侦结整个黑社会性质组织犯罪案件。

| Abstract: | The main measure to investigate the organizational crime cases with criminal syndicate nature,in accordance with the features,the formation of the crime and the nature of the crime case,is to adopt the form of investigation which combines the public and secret,to carry out directional and fixed position investigation,and correctly break through the cases of this nature so that the whole crime case can be investigated and concluded in time. |
