论先进性长效机制的民主性品格

构建保持共产党员先进性长效机制,应当对先进性的本质内涵作出明确的界定,才能正确把握先进性长效机制的根本属性,进而进一步探索构建这一机制的基本路径。先进性的本质内涵是民主,先进性长效机制是一种民主机制。构建保持共产党员先进性长效机制,必须紧紧围绕坚持和发展党内民主、以党内民主带动人民民主这个核心,以制度建设贯穿始终,在完善“机制”的内在结构上做文章,在强化党员主体的自我意识上求长效,从制度规范、动力来源、物质载体、活动平台四个方面充分发挥其应有的功能和作用。

Democratic Characters of the Long-Acting Mechanism for Keeping CPC Members Progressive

To build the long-acting mechanism for keeping CPC members progressive,we should define the essence of the progressiveness so as to grasp the basic nature of the mechanism and therefore,explore a path for the building of the mechanism.The essence of the progressiveness is democracy and so is the long-acting mechanism.It should stick to and develop the democracy within the CPC,promote people's democracy,be run through with structural construction,focus on the improvement of the inner structure of the mechanism,strengthen the self-consciousness of CPC members and play its role in structural normalization,motive origin,material carrier and activity platform.
