论高校扩招后面临的问题及对策

高校扩招促进了高等教育的大众化,也带来了一系列问题,主要体现在四个方面:教学管理漏洞百出;学生教育与管理的难度空前加大;高校后勤管理面临巨大的压力;大学生就业形势日趋严峻。为解决扩招带来的上述一系列问题,促进高等教育快速健康发展,必须全方位加强高校教学管理;研究新问题,采取新对策,做好学生教育与管理工作;解放思想,拓宽思路,改进高校后勤管理;积极构建扩招形势下的就业指导服务体系。

On Problems and Countermeasures to Enlarged Enrolments in Colleges

Enlarged Enrolment in colleges advanced Mass Education and brought problems at the same time which are shown in four aspects: problems in teaching managements; enlarged difficulties in students' education and management; logistics facing more pressure; more difficult situation to students' employment after graduation. We must improve teaching management in colleges in all aspects to solve these problems and promote the development of higher education, and study new problems and take actions at the same time. We should also emancipate the mind; broaden the view; improve logistic management; set up employment system in the condition of enlarging college enrolments.
