| Abstract: | The work of university＇s counselor has features of the inevitability of the demand for political work, the distinctly epochal character and the continuous enrichment of the vocational nature. Nowadays, the contradictions between the outlets and the role orientation exist in the construction of university＇s counselor, and we must resolve the contradictions by the policy planning and the systematic cultivation. |
