| 摘 要： | 当前,高校思想政治教育工作的创新主要包括以下几下方面:一是思想政治教育工作的理念创新,坚持“以学生为本”的原则;二是思想政治教育工作的内容创新,实现“三个”结合;三是工作方式、方法和创新,突出民主性和平等性;四是思想政治教育手段的创新,由传统的单向流动变成双向互动;五是思想政治工作机制的创新,从单一走向多样化,从封闭走向开放。
