| Abstract: | With social development, it is necessary to build a service government. To build the government, we must change our idea on governmental administration, make innovation in government affairs, and transform government function, so as to improve the service efficiency of the government. In the meanwhile we should follow the three ideas： the people are the main force to construct a harmonious society; we can do anything that is allowed by the law;we should carry out administration according to the law. |
