妥善解决农民工急需的社会保障问题,不仅是解决“三农”问题、促进经济社会可持续发展的需要,也是维护农民工权益、巩固执政基础和构建和谐社会的需要。文章分析了城市农民工社会保障存在的现状、问题及原因,并从具体的制度建构上提出对策思考。

Solving the social security of the city farmer workers appropriately is not only the need of settling the Three Rural Issues and the sustainable development of economy and society, but also the need of maintaining the right of the city fanner workers, consolidating government basis and structuring harmonious society. The status, problem and reason of the social security of the city fanner workers were analyzed in the article. At last, some countermeasures were put forward from system structuring.
