| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是国际社会在实施可持续发展战略中提出的一种新的社会发展理念.目前越来越多的国家采用立法方式来保障循环经济的建立和发展.本文在充分比较中、美、德三国循环经济法制建设成果的基础上,结合我国循环经济立法中存在的主要问题,对中国循环经济法律制度的建立和发展提出了一些有益的建议.

| Abstract: | Developing circular economy is a new idea of social development that was raised on practicing the strategy of sustainable development by international community. Today more and more countries have legislated to ensure the establishment and development of circular economy. In order to solve the major problems of Chinese circular economy legislation, the article compares the circular economical legal systems of the USA, Germany and China, and then puts forward several suggestions in the adoption and perfectibility of Chinese legal system on circular economy. |
