| 摘 要： | 在对现行民事诉讼法进行全面修订之际,本文拟从基本原则的完善入手,以民事诉讼法基本原则的内涵为基点,对现行法律条文作以审视和完善,提出关于民事诉讼法基本原则体系的构想,以期对我国民事诉讼法的修改提供有益参考。
