| 摘 要： | 高职法律教学正从以理论教学的模式向以实践为导向、为学生提供有价值的技能训练的模式转变,将法律援助制度与高职法律教学紧密结合,适应了这一演变,有利于改革传统的法律教学模式,强化学生的社会责任感,提升实践水准和职业情操。

| Abstract: | The law teaching of vocational colleges is changing from the theoretical teaching mode to the practical mode which gives more attention to practice and can provide the valuable skills training. The combination of the legal aid system and the law teaching of vocational colleges adapts to the evolution, which is helpful for reforming the traditional mode of legal teaching, strengthening students＇ social responsibility, and improving the practical level and professional sentiment. |
