| 摘 要： | 在经济发展的同时提高社会成员的幸福指数,是构建和谐社会过程中需要关注的一个特别重要的问题。文章通过对国内外学术界有关幸福指数研究的考察,分析了幸福指数的价值意义,在此基础上设计出了幸福指数的指标体系并提出了相应的研究对策。
