| 摘 要： | 我国的侦查监督制度与西方国家的侦查监督制度相比较,在侦查监督主体、侦查监督的权源、侦查监督范围等有明显的不同.我国的侦查监督制度的框架体系虽然已经建立,但仍然相当粗疏,必须通过进一步增强检察机关的侦查监督权、建立刑事案件报案制度、将提前介入制度化、建立检察引导机制等措施,完善我国的侦查监督制度.

| Abstract: | Investigatory supervision system in China has distinct difference in supervisory body,source and scope of supervision power in comparison with occidental system.Problem of simpleness existing in the framework of the investigatory supervision system should be solved by enhancing the investigatory supervision power of the procuratorial organ,establishing case report sys- tem,normalizing advance intervention,and constructing prosecutor-pilot mechanism,to ameliorate the investigatory supervision system of China. |
