我国危机管理研究述评

由于危机事件具有突发性、破坏性等特点,从而增加了对其管理的难度。我国对于危机管理的研究初步完成了广泛探讨的基本任务,亟需对理论成果进行梳理,为进一步研究提供理性思考的帮助。在关注了我国危机管理产生的特殊背景基础上,整理了对于危机管理研究的基本发展脉络,归纳出现阶段取得的研究成果,包括对相关概念的具体识别以及构建科学体系的不同理论认识。从而明确了我国特有的制度优势和文化优势,以及存在于法制建设、常规管理等方面的欠缺,并有针对性地提出了危机管理体系建设的相应措施。

Review of Crisis Management in China

The paroxysm and destructiveness of crisis incidents increase the difficulty in management. The research of crisis management in China has achieved extensive discussion. It is necessary to generalize about the theories, which is beneficial to the subsequent research. The paper first reviews the background, the development and the direction of the theoretical research, then sums up the main views concerning the research. Consequently, the advantages of China's specific system and culture, as well as the disadvantages of legal system and routine administration are pointed out. Moreover it provides relevant measures of building crisis management system.
