| 摘 要： | 农民工的生命健康权难以保障,劳动报酬权肆意遭受侵害,休息休假权只是一纸空文,社会保障权难以企及。农民工的权益保护绝不是一句空洞的口号,而必须要有科学的制度为支撑。对当前农民工权益保障的制度障碍进行分析和探讨,并有的放矢的对不利于农民工权益保障的制度进行矫正,显得更为迫切。
