| 摘 要： | 科学发展观强调可持续发展，既是对马克思主义人与自然关系理论的继承，又根据新情况，充实了新内容，提出了新要求，在继承中有了新发展。科学发展观揭示了人与自然和谐的现实意义；指出了社会主义初级阶段人与自然矛盾的认识根源；提出了实现人与自然和谐曼为具体的实现途径，为推进人与自然和谐历史进程做出了切实努力。

| Abstract: | The Scientific Outlook on Development emphasizes sustainable development.This carries on Marxism theory on the relationship of the human and the nature,and it substantiates new content and puts forward new request according to the new complexion.The Scientific Outlook on Development opens out the practical significance of the harmonious of the human and the nature,points out the cognition foundation of the ambivalent in the primary phases,and it brings forward concrete approaches to realize the harmonious,which made great effort to advance the course of the harmonious between the human and the nature. |
