| 摘 要： | 保安监禁作为一种提前预防犯罪发生的手段,其在人权保障方面常常遭到质疑。文章从犯罪人的人身危险性以及人权方面讨论适用保安监禁制度的合理性及可行性,并对我国引入保安监禁制度的具体架构提出设想。

| Abstract: | Security prison,as a means to prevent crime in advance,is often questioned in the area of human rights protection.This article demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of security prison system from perpetrators＇ personal dangerousness as well as the discussion on human rights,and proposes ideas on the specific architecture of the introduction of the security prison system in China. |
