人力资本结构优化与区域经济增长

文章提出了个体人力资本与区域人力资本的概念,并将人力资本分为一般人力资本、专业人力资本与企业家人力资本。区域经济增长不仅取决于人力资本存量、质量,还取决于区域人力资本结构是否协调。区域经济增长的人力资本结构模式有双高型、双低型、专业人力资本充裕型和企业家人力资本充裕型,其中双高型人力资本结构是区域经济持续稳定增长的关键所在,文章最后提出了不同人力资本结构向双高型人力资本结构转化的途径。

Optimization of Human Capital Structure and Regional Economic Growth

The concepts of individual human capital and regional human capital are introduced in this paper.According to the author,human capital can be divided into general human capital,specialized human capital,and enterpriser human capital.Regional economic growth depends not only on the quality and quantity,but also on the structure of human capital.There are four kinds of human capital structures,one is rich in specialized human capital,second is rich in enterpriser human capital,third is rich in both and four is lack of both.Only the third one can enable the sustainable growth of regional economy.Therefore,the author puts forward some measures to improve and optimize the other three ones.
