| Abstract: | Large amounts of work, including ideological and political work toward workers and staff have been done by trade unions at all levels in Beijing, which obtain good results. Nevertheless, some questions are existed in the work. We should try to combine the traditional working method with the pioneering spirit, and set up a perfect and scientific theory system of ideological and political work of workers and staff. |
