我国现行食品安全监管体制与法制的反思与重构

我们国家频频爆发的食品安全事件不能不让我们对我国现行食品安全监管体制和法制情况进行反思。我国现行食品安全监管体制暴露出分段监管环节不突出和协调不畅的弊端,食品安全监管法律法规体系也存在较多缺陷。为此,我们需要重新建构新的食品安全监管的体制与法制。

Reflection and Reconstruction on the Existing Food Safety Regulation System and Legal System in China

Due to the increasing outbursts of food safety incidents in China,it has become an imperative to reflect on the existing food safety regulation system and legal system,which display the demerits of being not clear-cut and effective in the differentiated regulatory sectors and of poor communication and coordination,alongside with a number of defects in the system of food safety regulations and laws.In view of this case,it is necessary to reconstruct a brand-new system of food safety regulation.
