| 摘 要： | 井冈山时期，毛泽东在实践中艰辛探索党的建设问题，并在理论上加以总结。这一时期毛泽东建党思想主要体现在思想建党、组织建党、制度建党与作风建党四个方面。其建党思想对马列主义建党学说作出了重大发展，铸就了中国共产党的优良党风，积累了宝贵的治党经验。
