| 摘 要： | 2009年7月4—8日，应柬埔寨人民党和奉辛比克党、菲律宾基督教穆斯林民主团结力量党邀请，中共中央政治局委员、北京市委书记刘淇率中共代表团访问上述两国。中联部副部长李进军，北京市委常委、市委秘书长李士祥，北京市副市长丁向阳等陪同访问。此访正值国际金融危机继续蔓延，世界经济遭受二十世纪三十年代大萧条以来最为严峻的挑战，各国纷纷采取应对措施的特殊时期，刘淇同志一行受到柬埔寨、菲律宾两国各界的热烈欢迎。
