| Abstract: | To develop socialistic market economy, we have to build and perfect the multilevel social insurance system which includes the building and perfection of staff and workers' mutual replenishment insurance system. To do this, we have to make definite our goals and strengthen our responsibilities so as to proceed from reality to standardize operation and consolidate administration and only in this way can we consummate the system step by step. |
