| 摘 要： | 经济全球化是当今世界经济发展的重要趋势,加入WTO是经济全球化发展的必然结果.本文主要从行政立法、行政执法、司法审查等三个方面论述了如何提高我国依法行政的水平,以适应入世后政府行为法治化的要求.

| Abstract: | Economic globalization is a primary trend in economic development worldwide today, and entry into the WTO is the bound result of the development of economic globalization. In this article, the author discusses how to improve the level of administration by law to accommodate to the requirements of the legalization in government , from three perspectives, i.e. ,administrative legislation, administrative enforcement, and judicial review. |
