| Abstract: | It is benefited from long tradition of association that the civil organizations have been gotten a mature development in Germany.Many of them have played an extremely important role in political,economic,social and cultural fields.Behind well-devel-oped civil organizations,it is a special regulatory regime in Germany,consisted by sound legal system,government control and self-discipline system of civil organizations. |
