基于新生代农民工身份认知现状调查与分析——以杭州为例

新生代农民工在自我身份认知上,一方面表现出对融入城市的期盼;另一方面,出现自我对身份认知迷茫、困惑,导致新生代农民工个人认知失调及行为的选择性差异。其群体内部日趋显著的分化也逐渐引起社会重视。"新生代农民工"这种分化所产生的个体对身份认知的不同应引起社会高度重视。通过对新生代农民工身份认知现状的调查与分析,探究影响新生代农民工身份认知相关影响因素。

Base on the new generation migrant workers identity cognitive status of the investigation and analysis ---illustrated by the case of hangzhou

Self identity cognitive of new generation migrant workers is both eager to move into the cities and confused to self identity. These are leading to cognitive dissonance and variation behaviors. The differentiation of new generation migrant workers is a hot point recently. This differentiation lead to self identity cognitive should be took an attention. This paper try to study influence factors of new generation migrant workers by investigation and analysis.
